WHERE IS THE GYM?

We’re based in Oldham, just off Shaw Road on Gould Street in Derker (OL1 3LL).
About 2 minutes from Derker tram stop, easy to find, and easy to park.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We run sessions Monday to Friday, mornings and evenings, plus Saturday mornings.
Plenty of options so you can train without rearranging your life.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The 6-Week Challenge is £197, all-in.
No hidden costs. No surprise add-ons. What you see is what you get.

WHEN CAN I START?

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll attend a short intro session so we can get to know you and your body.
From there, you can start training straight away.

Can’t make a Saturday intro? No problem. We can sort an alternative.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

No. Not even a bit.

Most people start with low energy, aches, or very little gym experience.
We’ll coach you at a pace that suits you and build from there.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

That part is completely up to you.

Some people choose to continue as members because they feel great and want to keep going.
Others decide it’s not for them — and that’s absolutely fine.
